Ford’s first Accelerated Action Day of 2010 took place earlier this month. Check out the video below to learn more about this special program in which Ford employees volunteer their time to improve both their local community and those who need urgent help.

This month’s Accelerated Action Day focused on both earthquake victims in Haiti and the homeless in Southeast Michigan. Volunteers helped pack vital supplies including surgical tools, blankets, and clothing for victims in Haiti. They also put together personal hygiene kits for their local homeless population, making sure they got what they most needed.
