USA Today posted a great article about a free upgrade for 2011 Super Duty owners. By updating your truck’s software, you can drive off with an extra 10 horsepower and 65 foot-pounds of torque.
This upgrade is just one way Ford is showing its commitment to loyal Super Duty customers. Ford also will give 2011 Super Duty owners a free no-charge diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) top-off.
Starting August 31st, you can take your 2011 Super Duty truck into your dealer and receive this upgrade which takes less than 15 minutes. Not only will your Ford truck get more power, it will also receive better fuel economy.
For customers who haven’t yet taken advantage of this free offer for a DEF top-off, the software upgrade might be the perfect time to come in and have both services at once, free of charge - Doug Scott, Truck Group Marketing Manager.
